Public Speaking & Presentation Skills for Students (Ages 11–15)
The Speak Up! Workshop is a specially designed public speaking program that helps students aged 11 to 15 build confidence, communicate ideas clearly, and present effectively in both academic and real-world settings.
Why Speak Up! Matters
Public speaking is more than standing in front of a crowd—it is a core skill for learning and leadership. In school, especially in STEM subjects, students are often required to:
- Explain problem-solving processes
- Present science experiments and findings
- Share project ideas and data
- Participate in discussions and group presentations
This workshop helps students turn their knowledge into confident communication.
What Students Will Learn
Throughout the workshop, students will develop:
- Confidence when speaking in front of others
- Clear communication of ideas and opinions
- Basic presentation structure (introduction, main points, conclusion)
- Voice control, body language, and eye contact
- STEM-related presentation skills, such as explaining concepts, processes, and results
All activities are age-appropriate, interactive, and focused on learning by doing.
Give your child the confidence to speak up, share ideas, and present with clarity.
