In Debate Lab, students aged 11–15 will step into the world of debating and learn how to turn opinions into powerful, well-supported arguments.
They will learn to:
- 💡 Think critically about important ideas
- 🧠 Build logical arguments using reasons and evidence
- 🗣️ Express opinions clearly and confidently in English
- 👂 Listen carefully and respond respectfully
- ⚡ Challenge ideas through effective rebuttal
- 🤝 Work as a team to prepare and deliver arguments
From discussing whether mobile phones should be allowed in school to debating whether AI will make students smarter, students will explore thought-provoking topics in a fun, supportive and interactive environment.

Your child will learn how to organise their ideas using the Point–Reason–Evidence framework, identify strong arguments and communicate their opinions more persuasively.
Through team debates, critical-thinking exercises and constructive feedback, students will develop skills that go far beyond the debate stage.
